Requirements to Qualify for fast funding:

A 680 minimum credit score is required with 2 years of credit history with positive payments recorded. We require at least 2 accounts open closed or paid in the last 3 to 5 years to have this solid payment history. No bankruptcies, foreclosures, or major derogatory accounts in the last 3 years. Total revolving credit usage not to exceed 40% unless you can pay it down. Minimal credit inquiries in the last 2 years. If you have lower scores and can pay down balances and agree to doing so you may also participate in the program. For those taking this approach please allow 30-60 days from accounts being addressed meaning paid off or down and maintained to start the 14-120 clock for the 50k promise.
