To Qualify:
– Can only be S Corp & C Corp
– Entity in good standing with Secretary of State
– EIN number with IRS
– Business address- matching everywhere.

– Business License- if applicable
– Business Bank account
– 2 years in business
– Must have a business website
– Must have at least 50 employees to qualify for an average bank balance of $250,000-500,000.
– If you’re self-funded: $1,000,000 minimum in a US-based bank account at the time of application.
– If you have professional investors: $50,000 minimum in a US-based bank account at the time of application. Professional Investors like Venture Capital and Private Equity.
