– EIN number with IRS
– Business address- matching everywhere.
– D & B number
– Business license- if applicable
– Business bank account
– A personal guarantee (PG) is required- does a hard pull
– To apply without a personal guarantee (PG), a company needs to have $5 million in annual revenue and 2 years in business
