– Entity in good standing with Secretary of State
– EIN number with IRS
– Business address- matching everywhere.
– D & B number and business address should be the same as what Secretary of State and IRS has
– Business license- if applicable
– Business bank account
– Prefers business to have a good credit profile with D&B but not required
